October 21, 2016 - Dark, saturated Barossan black fruit, dense, super ripe power packed, over the top; smooth extended finish. Approaching peak, to drink during next decade.
This was considerably better 24 hours later. Quieter, savoury, dry herb overtones. This will clearly age 10 years, but currently needs a robust decant. -

March 4, 2016 - Has interesting mineral and spice on the nose with big time bursts of ripe black cherry flavors , black currants, and a hint of plum. Minimal touch of oak, and no noticeable tannin. Not old but would drink now.
