September 12, 2018 - Almonds, smoke, candied lemon peel, herbs. Rich and full-flavored but also so damn drinkable. Delicious! Chuggable!

Lovely freshness on the palate. Really mouthfilling: a lovely combination of crisp, fresh citrus and richer, creamier weight, especially on the finish.
Very good acidity comes to the fore on the finish and after.
