December 18, 2021 - White in color with a gold hue. Flowers, veggies, and melons. Crisp and tart. Very nice. Similar to previous notes.

October 9, 2021 - Very similar to previous bottles. Crisp and floral. More depth than I remember. Nice balance between fruit and flowers, as well as sweetness and tartness.

August 2, 2018 - A little sweeter than I remember, but still great. Nice balance of acid and sweet apple. Paired great with the rissotto and scallops we cooked.
