February 11, 2017 - This Bordeaux white exhibits some of the grassy, herbal flavors we expect from a Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon, but a lot more subdued and civilized. Fresh and vibrant, but at least half the flavors are non fruit. Moderately fruity with lemongrass, orange peel, grapefruit, green apple and pear. Significant but balanced malic acid. Herbal and earthy flavors persist throughout.
