December 31, 2023 - Best bottle out of 10 so far.

December 25, 2023 - This is beginning to come into its own. Benefited from a 1 hour decant, and gained greater complexity (mainly in terms of added minerality) with more air exposure. This will probably be best after 2025/2026.
Dried lemon curd, mineral-driven, the oak noticeable but not obtrusive; very Puligny. Other than the slightly heavy palate weight, this didn’t show any marks of its solar vintage year. Round (lactic rather than malic!), medium+ acidity.
This shows as much more Puligny than it does as 2015.

July 3, 2022 - From 75cl, DIAM10 cork, P+P. Delicious Puligny showing the weight of the 2015 vintage (not entirely positively) but with nice buttery heft. Half-way to Meursault. As it warmed up from fridge temperature, it lost precision and balance, becoming a touch too blowsy for comfort. Perhaps this has an upside in 2-3 years (and, given the closure, there is some hope it might last that long...) Fine wine, but at this price, it should be. 90P(?)

December 18, 2021 - No hurry to drink it and decanting go at least 2 hours recommended. Stylish, powerful, rich. Very classical and outstanding puligny

January 9, 2021 - No rush to drink this powerful puligny which will only improve with a few more years in the cellar. If one drinks it now, it should be decanted for at least 2 hours. Powerful, mineral, at the same time harmonious
