September 20, 2020 - Drank well over two nights. No notes. No need to wait further on this one. Good all around white burgundy.

May 16, 2020 - Similar to previous notes. Not bad at all.

April 29, 2020 - Good enough, but this bottle came off a bit flat and slightly stale. Not sure if it's dropping off the aging curve at this point. Probably best to drink up.

March 29, 2020 - Pale straw in color. Greenish yellow citrus, wet stone, chalk and sea shells on the nose. Very linear palate shows focused beam of citrus/stones/limestone, sharp acidity and a long minerally finish. I dod not get much of a clay upbringing on this wine despite the very exhaustive label that reveals soil type of clay/limestone in the mix. Not a bad quaffer, but much better with cheese/food.
