November 12, 2023 - Opened three hours prior to our guests arriving. The nose is red fruit, the palate was cherry, rose petals, raspberry and hints of sandalwood. The finish goes on and on and on.

November 2, 2023 - Decanted 2 hours. An amazing wine with notes of dark fruit: black raspberry, plum, blueberry, cassis, with hints of spice and damp earth. Tannins are fairly soft and well integrated, with long finish. Paired with chicken paprikas.
