December 2, 2021 - One of the best I’ve had in a while. Perfectly aged, savory and fruit balance, long finish and great depth. Just so good right now.
March 6, 2021 - 92 on the first night, but faded by the second night. Drinks like a nice soft Bordeaux. Plum, cassis and dark cherry with good balancing structure on opening on the first night. The structure fades by the second night. Don't linger over it.
February 3, 2021 - Nice round flavors. Not super complex, but a great bang for your buck.
October 13, 2020 - Love it! 30 bottles in the cellar! This is first Hedges wine we were served on our visit to the winery. It is definitely a stand out and brings us back to Red Mountain every time we open a bottle.
July 6, 2020 - Deep color good legs. Current blackberry cherry with mild earth mid velvet low tannins well balanced.
August 22, 2019 - Delicate and nuanced with deep jammy fruit and well balanced structure.
July 28, 2019 - Just amazing
July 9, 2019 - Very good day 1; outstanding day 2 (if you can hold off.)
March 31, 2019 - See my notes 1-20-19.
February 1, 2019 - PNP. Dense dark color. Savory fruit and barnyard aromatics. Texture is thin on the front end but really grips on a long finish. Like it. Nice QPR.
