June 19, 2020 - Blend: 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 15% Traminer, 15% Petit Manseng, and 10% Semillon.
Had this at a tasting with Fattoria Le Pupille and got to meet some of the family but had never tried this. Excellent wine and for the price would definitely seek this out. It has evolved a bit, not as bright but has balanced out nicely taking on a bit more earthy/spice characteristics but still vibrant.
Would drink now but don’t drink too cold as it opens up nicely in the glass. Great value and would be great to try up against other SB’s since it offers something unique. -

November 29, 2017 - Light to medium pale yellow. Fresh and rich nose with notes of white flowers, honeysuckle and some light stone fruits. Balanced acidity (6/10) and light plus to medium bodied. Fresh on the palate too with notes of stone and citrus fruits, floral and a bit of minerality. Medium to medium plus finish. Drink till 2021.

November 25, 2017 - Lovely bottle from the amazing Fattoria Le Pupille Maremma estate. (60% Sauvignon Blanc, 15% Traminer, 15% Petit Manseng, 10% Semillon) Very floral and mineral on the nose with a fresh and crisp palate. Notes of pear, pomegranate, grapefruit and lemon with medium acidity and finish. Perfectly paired with a grilled Mediterranean Sea Bass.

September 28, 2017 - White flowers and some camphor on the nose. On the palate, pear, peach, and notes of grapefruit and lemon, with noticeable sweetness offset by moderate acidity, with a medium finish. This is a fair to good value at a bit over $20.
