July 27, 2019 - WAID Italian Summer Reds: Things I love about this: the impossibly deep color, the not too fizzy effervescence, the bone dry finish. Lovely example of what Lambrusco can be.

May 26, 2018 - Let me start by saying that based on the limited experience I have had with Lambrusco - I generally have not been a fan, so I approached this with some trepidation. Paired with smoked sausage at a memorial day BBQ this was not too bad. Yes it was frothy and fruity, but there was enough acid to keep it from tasting like boozy fruit punch. Seemed to pair well with the sausage and was pleasant enough for a small pour but still way too fruity convert me to a Lambrusco fan.
