September 24, 2023 - Sunday lunch with the Wine-Ark boys (Porcine, Oxford Street): Low intensity aromas show a little vegetal note, honey…Medium plus intensity acidity, creamy, tangy, honeyed notes, very slightly sharp. Touch of textured burr, it's a little flat. Hmm for me.
February 2, 2023 - Similar to prior note after a 1 hour SO; delicious, drink or hold.
January 20, 2023 - Definitely more gold in colour than earlier bottles and maturing stunningly - honey, softened stone long finish of slight toffee apple notes - just lovely Vouvray
March 26, 2022 - Coravin fun - Alsace, Loire and Random French (My place, Kent Street): From Coravin. Bees wax with a little polish underpin over honey, candy floss, lemon, a little minerality slight herby, green apple quality. Medium plus intensity acidity, burr tugs at the mid palate ,flavours are slightly muted after the Bredif's. Feels like it is more about structure. Okay.

January 18, 2021 - Evening of older more unusual wines... (Elgin): After an evening looking at some older wine, 2 have been flawed, one oxidised and the other less than interesting. Finally one that show nicely!
Mid lemon with aromas of honeysuckle, cantaloup melon, wet dog and soak ripe yellow fruits.
Has an air of sweetness but the entry is dry with high searing acidity tempered with lemon verbena, wet cotton wool, melon, perhaps more honeydew and lovely depth flavour. Good
