June 8, 2023 - Medium bodied, dry and crisp, rather fruity, showing some yellow and white fruits with decent acidity and nice mousse/bubbles. An ok basic sparkling wine. Had a glass at Celebrity Constellation as an aperitif.

December 11, 2022 - Golden hue. Aromas of apple, butter, cream, and pear. More stone fruits and cream on the palate with a mineral aftertaste. Likely aged in sur lie for a fuller mouthfeel.
October 21, 2022 - Crap. Avoid at all costs. A good substitute for Cold Duck.
July 16, 2022 - Apples and citrus on the nose. Hint of brioche, lemon, green apples on the palate. Shortish finish. Nothing special - not surprising given the price tag.
June 6, 2022 - Fantastic buy at around 8 dollars a bottle. Found it on Celebrity cruise lines. Clean crisp, a little fruity with a medium finish. Taste a little apple grapefruits and pear, and a citrus I couldn’t identify. Ain’t no Ruinart but at 10 percent of the price it’s more than worth a drink especially for a large party or gathering.
We pounded 2 bottles. No hangover or residuals whatsoever as with most blanc de blanc.
Outstanding value.
August 22, 2021 - This is the freebie bottle of bubbly they provide on various cruise ships across multiple lines. I had two bottles after my last cruise, so I tossed them in the luggage and brought them home with me.
Date code of 0120. Medium gold with a moderate amount of fine bubbles. Nose is buttered toast and green apple jolly rancher. Luckily the palate is much better. Toasted brioche, lemon, lime, pear. Clean moderate tart and toasty finish.
All in all, for something this cheap, it is pretty good.
May 16, 2021 - Much more enjoyable than the previous bottle tasted 3 months ago; also elegant and fragrant in the nose, but creamier and fruitier on the palate with much reduced bitter oranges on the palate; medium-long finish; overall, 89-90 points for this bottle.
February 26, 2021 - Green apples, grapefruits, pears, honey, and white flowers in the elegant nose; acidic, fruity, and light bodied on the palate, citrus fruits and peels, bitter oranges, toasts, and yeasts; somewhat short finish; overall, 87-88 points for this simple sparkling wine.

Nose: very mild, a little bread, yellow fruits
Palate: yellow citrus, honey, mineral
Mouthfeel: decent acidity, tart fairly juicy finish
Enjoyable though simple. Serves a great purpose as part of a mimosa though.
