Community Tasting Notes 1

May 1, 2020 - I opened this bottle because I saw the drinking window here on CT had expired, but I am happy to report that it is still drinking well...though I wouldn't wait much longer.

Inky dark purple color. Aromas of dark fruits and spice. The wine is full-bodied and dry. The palate features juicy notes of boysenberry, dark cherry, blackberry, cedar, licorice, and tobacco.

Paired well with skirt steak tacos. Drink now.
