November 30, 2019 - Very interesting wine, a true aristocrat.
For one, sweetness is very muted, it is no more than a humble instrument in a wide orchestra. Then there is some good acidity, and a LOT of minerality, notes of spontaneous fermentation, and a bit of petrol.

Nice, but it has to be clear this is by no means a charmer, more a snob‘s wine that does‘t make any effort to please the common folk. Experts will likely rate it higher, beginners lower, I arrive somewhere in the middle at 88p.

November 7, 2019 - From the bottle Coravined in August! Tasted over four days. Exceptinal Riesling by any measure! It held form over all four days, not a difficult feat given the high, seriously high acid. Loads of white currant, gooseberry, quince, pear, melon rind, and caju. There is also a pleasant, sulfur-like stink to it. It will last for 20 years, or longer, and is beautiful now.

November 1, 2019 - Day 1: Really solid with minerals, unripe peaches, apple and floral notes. Medium finish and great acidity. As with any Prum should age for a decade plus. 91 points
Day 3: Skipped day 2 on this one and nice transformation. Floral, melon, minerals, sour apples and unripe peaches. Very complex wine and drinking well now or later. 93 points
Recommendation: Based on the result on day 3 I would recommend to hold these however drinking well now also.

October 19, 2019 - Textbook example of a Kabinett. Expressive, joyful nose with lots of ripe fruit, blossoms and slate. Very fruity on the palate, very playful with a lovely balance of sweetness and acidity. So joyful to drink! 90-91

August 16, 2019 - Gooseberry, white currant, honeydew melon rind, white peach, white flowers, etc. Striking sense of variety and place with this, Graacher Himmelreich all the way, with that impression of mineral and metallic ores suspended in the liquid. Buzzsaw acid! This will be longer lived than the pretty yet overly ripe 2015 vintage. Just gorgeous! 93-94.

June 8, 2019 - Quite a light colour, smells of gooseberry and in the background of melon and lychee, nice acidity, has a certain residual sugar, which is nicely balanced by the acidity, medium body, in the mouth melon and gooseberry, in the aftertaste gooseberry, melon and acidity, very good length (20 sec), great Kabinett.

May 8, 2019 - Excellent yet falling short of being outstanding. Could use a bit more acidity.
