Community Tasting Notes 2

October 21, 2018 - Golden yellow. Complex nose of white peach, pineapple, pear, mineral notes, butter, cacao, truffle, beeswax and smokey peat. Fermentation and ageing in acacia casks give this wine a nice round texture. Fruit is still very young. Acidity is moderate. Beautiful length. I've tasted the More Maiorum 1999 last year and it was even more complex, and still very vibrant, so there's no hurry here.

October 4, 2017 - Italian night: Very appealing Fiano with a nice beeswax and mineral character, and a hint of honey
