C'est au nez, qu'elle se révèle, libérant d'intenses senteurs de garrigue (thym, romarin) nuancées de touches de coing. Dans le même registre aromatique, la bouche joue avec justesse, rondeur et finesse, dévoilant une structure étoffée et vineuse, corsée juste ce qu'il faut, sans excès de chaleur.     October 4, 2018 - Il est rare de lire «vin biodynamique» sur l'étiquette. On a ici un bel assemblage de syrah et de grenache. C'est aromatique et invitant. Des aromes et saveurs de petits fruits écrasés. La bouche est ample au fruité riche et épicé. La texture est d'un beau granulé. Un vin assez corsé et tonique. Longue finale agréable. Appellation Minervois La Livinière (Languedoc). Alc. 14,5 %. Sucre 3,1 g/l. 24,20 $ à la SAQ.

    September 10, 2018 - Opens apparently rounded and aromatic with fruit-sweet raspberry liqueur, lilies, and some meaty Syrah notes. Deepens with time to reveal more tannic backbone and wood smoke notes. The somewhat backwards structure at this point suggests the wine needs more time to come together.
