July 20, 2020 - Golden lemon in appearance. Honey, apricots, peach and jasmine on the nose. Luscious and weighty in the mouth but with plenty of acidity providing balance and freshness. Short-medium finish. Drunk mostly by itself but also paired well with soft cheese.

May 28, 2020 - Very similar to the last bottle consumed 9 months ago. Honey, apricots, peach on the nose. Luscious and weighty in the mouth with good acidity providing balance and freshness. Short-medium finish. Very refreshing warm weather drinking.

August 20, 2019 - Grenache blend with 70% Grenache Gris. Honey, apricots, white peach, jasmine, marzipan on the nose. Luscious and fat in the mouth somewhat like a Roussanne but with more noticeable and refreshing acidity. Short-medium finish. A delicious wine for summer drinking but would also pair well with poultry.
