December 14, 2015 - Ready to drink! Beautiful Bordeaux Blend. Enjoyed as a stand alone. No complaints at all from the four of us who enjoyed it.

April 30, 2014 - What an amazing wine. Our first of two. I was so tempted to push this up to a 96. I reviewed some of the other public tasting notes, and, I think that the key to this wine is to allow it to cellar, and, age. Fabulous. Highly opaque. Dark garnet color. No rim variation (lots of life left in this one). No sediment. No flaws. Medium to high fruit intensity with low earth intensity. Soft organic nose of organic earth, purple flowers, french oak, blueberries, blackberries, plum, some spice and leather. Dry. Low acid. Low tannin. Medium minus alcohol. Medium to long finish. Perfectly drinkable. Well below peak. Suspect this baby has an easy 10 to 15 years left in the bottle.

January 15, 2011 - Wow, this is really a great bottle of wine. We are a big fan. Not a bold wine at all but so smooth. 93!

October 3, 2009 - One of my wife's and my favorites. It drinks so well right out of the bottle and year after year the consistency is always right there. Dark Chocolate and berry with a hint of caramel. 92 points

September 23, 2009 - After a long funky period, this wine tastes much more balanced. ...or did I have a few bad bottles? A lot of coffee up front.
