September 14, 2020 - One-hour decant (should have been 2-3 hours). Nice black and red fruit. Will only improve.

August 23, 2020 - Popped and poured. Could use a little bit of air. Bright ruby with a purple rim. Dense nose of black and bright red fruit, a bit of spice and pepper. Medium+ body, great structure, some tannins and a long finish. Great wine, on the young side.

July 13, 2020 - Nose of black cherry, black berry, and raspberry, hint of dusty earth, same on the palate, big body, mouth filling flavors, very tasty, delicioe with poached wild salmon, long finish and flavorful aftertaste, at peak-wii easily last 10 more years but why wait. Photo Bottle and wine glass uploaded.

July 12, 2020 - Bright crimson in color. 14.1% ABV. Awesome nose of brambly red fruits, anise, flowers and pepper. Medium body with medium acidity. Light fruits and somewhat rustic. Raspberry, salmonberry, earth and pepper on the palate. Medium length on the finish. Easy to drink but not the best showing for what is usually a highlight in the Bedrock lineup. Best over the next 2-3 years.
