June 21, 2020 - Tasted this over the weekend. Day 1 was an overall disappointment, no nose, and just an erratic sweetness on the palate.
On Day 2 this wine had settled, was much more structured, harmonic and actually really good. Just as one would expect with a Riesling Auslese. Day 3 equally as good.
My impression was, that this wine will benefit much from a few more years in the cellar. If I had another bottle, I'd keep it until 2025 or so...
