  November 28, 2018 - Very nice mature Champagne that is holding up well, though perhaps not as lively as it once was - one to be consumed in the near term.

  November 25, 2018 - Lots of mature and ripe apple and pear with a bit of earth. Very good concentration and length, with plenty of bready character from middle through finish. Probably better a few years back, but still very enjoyable.
