October 19, 2019 - Still on the oaky side, with a strong sense of espresso, you also find smoke, coffee bean, truffle, licorice and ripe, juicy black cherries and plum. Full-bodied, richly textured, polished and soft on the palate, the fruit tastes and feels great. But the oak influence at this stage is worrisome, as it needs to better integrate.
September 11, 2019 - From a magnum. Decanted for 4 hours before serving. As a cos fan, I struggle to like this vintage. A bit monolithic and lacking charm especially for a generous vintage like 2000.
August 15, 2019 - What a sexy beast; full, rich smooth wit notes of cofee and chocolate, a real charmer but well structured and classic. Still young, but oh, very approachable.

June 14, 2019 - Very nice color and a lush nose of tobacco, leather and red fruit. Firm acidity and nicely balanced fruit on the palate at first, but giving way to a smooth and somewhat thin midsection. Medium long finish. A good wine, but not a great one.
June 1, 2019 - Vintage Club - Bordeaux 2018 En-Primeur and Gala Dinner (Andaz Hotel): Straight-up grassy, mushroomy and twiggy, but does have a good amount of the sour cherry and plum at the back. The tannins are still largely there though. Has many years ahead, but I think it’s still too young now...
June 1, 2019 - Drank from magnum: Aromas of black fruits, wet forest floor, with slight vegetal tertiaries. Tasted dark fruits, ripe plums and black pepper, with tobacco tertiaries. This still feels young and needs decanting. Moments of sour cherries broke up the taste evolution of the bottle tonight for me. A few more years should do this good.
May 31, 2019 - 2 hour decant
Cassis, red currant, chocolate, and black fruit
Tightly wound, medium to heavy body with semi-long fruity but dry finish and a few hard edges.
Not a blockbuster and still young; don’t think this will be a great for me but will soften with time.
Edit: this needs a 4-6 hour decant minimum for next bottle
May 22, 2019 - Out of the bottle this still seems pretty young to me. Lots of sour cherry, form backbone. Well made wine but I can’t say I’m loving it at this moment. Will surely improve with time/air.
April 15, 2019 - This wine is in a great drinking window! Well balanced and integrated after one hour of air.
