December 30, 2022 - I've enjoyed and admired this hugely in the past, but this bottle seems off. Hard to pin down why, but the experience is: characterless on opening/struggling into life after 24 hours/oxidising like a Jura yellow wine. )But without the depth of flavour and the sweet and sour balance I love in Jura whites/yellows. I'm puzzled. I think I'll mark it as faulty. One bottle remains. I wonder how it will be in...five years?

May 5, 2020 - Didn't take notes, but what I remembered was the complexity of this wine.
Lots of aroma's like pear, honey, ripe pineapple, citrus, marzipan and vanilla with a very long finish.
Wine matched perfectly with the bouillabaise we had with it. -
