  April 28, 2019 - Light gold color. Yellow fruit and straw on nose. Fleshy, full, minimal acid on pnp but what’s there carries profile through palate, mostly tropical fruits and some green apple, slightly waxy. Med mouthfeel, med length finish.

There's some pineapple and green apple. Fleshes out with some air. Should have decanted perhaps. Its crisp begs for shellfish or grilled fare.

  June 15, 2018 - A field of hay and thyme misted with orange. We get a hint of petrol in the wee distance. Flavors of guava and orange marmalade with white pepper.
