It drinks very youthfully, and while there's a little more of a subdued, calm quality to this, the intense essence of pear is still on full display.   May 2, 2020 - Not sure how to score as a point of reference so almost a holding score based on enjoyment and obvious quality.
  Stunning. Fresh light and very much off dry with good acidity. Light bubbles makes me think of a sparkling Kabinett pear style.
  Has that mix of sweetness, complexity and acidity but in a lighter fresher package. Only 5% alchohol and from 300 year old pear trees I read.

  September 12, 2019 - This just never disappoints. We used it as an early sipper to whet the appetite for the bordeaux coming later. Light and easy and yet still quite complex and different. Very enjoyable.
