February 26, 2021 - Although this wine is good quality, I'm unconvinced of its value, and of its raison d'etre. Like other reviewers, I think this wine tastes like Bordeaux (or Napa). But it would not be a particularly fine example of Bordeaux. I taste lots of rich, dark fruit and little else. I sense little of the piney aromas that typify good cabernet or the elite aromas of truffles, black olives, etc. found in the best Bordeaux. Nor does this wine offer anything unique. I'd prefer to drink a classic Rioja (e.g., R. Lopez de Heredia), with its distinctive style.

February 13, 2021 - Delicious. Youthful; requires some decanting/ air. Nose of dark fruit, spice and leather. Full mouth coating and feel. Tannic. Delicious. Great quality for the price. Excellent wine. Bordeaux like.

December 27, 2020 - Dark garnet color turning crimson violet at the rim with a reflective edge. The nose gives off smoky notes of dark cherry, vanilla and cola notes on high octane. The palate is full bodied with a velvety texture on ripe dark cherry, black currants, raspberry, plum and but the medium plus acidity balances this with savory notes of leather, seared meat, dark chocolate, and espresso. Finishes long and heightened with hints of scorched earth and vanilla bean. Drink now until 2035.

November 27, 2020 - It did improve, upon opening was greeted with black fruit, after double decanting, wine opened up and 3rd flavours came into play, cinamon, cedar, garigue, not smokey nor cigarbox like, a little bit of eucalyptus, tannins in the beginning are still chewy but then sette into smooth vanilla flavour.

    November 6, 2020 - Dark ruby.
    Black fruits, cinnamon nose.
    Full bodied, well balanced wine.
    Very good wine.
Fascinating that two top reviewers rate it 84 & 95?!
I think that this will drink well for another 4/5 years.
