August 18, 2019 - Great fruit and blend but lacking finesse on finish. Needs time.

December 26, 2018 - Other comments described this wine well. It was tight straight out of the bottle and probably should lay down for a couple more years but it opened up nicely thru the Vinituri. I’d definitely buy this wine again.

December 25, 2018 - A fun, flamboyant, and fruity wine, ripe currants and blackberries with a little spice and a little savoriness and very easy to drink, the bottle disappeared pretty quickly.

September 17, 2018 - Black plum, cherry, a little earthy spice, and a bit of cocoa powder on the end. Went really well with the flat iron steak at Noble Rot in Portland.

August 11, 2018 - A friend and I tasted this at the SoDo tasting room on 8/11/18. It had a rich, spicy bouquet of black cherry, black currant, mocha, cocoa, clove, cardamon, spice and mineral aromas. The palate was rich, elegant and slightly medicinal with flavors that followed the nose.
