July 10, 2021 - Still tastes good, even beyond the recommended consumption date. Oaky notes with balanced tannins.
Cork was dry, crumbling even with an ah-so. -

April 29, 2016 - This is a wonderful wine that is still drinking well 19 years later. Rich and earthy, with complex herb, currant, sage and cedar oak notes that come together nicely finishing with a nice long aftertaste on the palate. I would say it still had a few years left. The most difficult issue was the cork despite decent storage on it's side had a very dry cork that required decanting through my mesh strainer but still tasted wonderful with a nice NY Strip Steak Dinner.
