August 11, 2021 - Delicious. Rich for a cinsault. Berry along with cherry, but both are behind spices. Worth the wait.

March 12, 2019 - Decanted 1:30 ahead. Medium cherry color. Nice spice on the nose, with plum and dust. Tart cherry flavors lead ahead of spice notes in a light body with firm acidity. After 2 hours it really opened up nicely. Finishes well with good grip and light tannins. I have more of this. I will put it away for a few. It will probably improve.
