  December 8, 2021 - shared with pat at selkirk manor. celebrating another week of SIP (stay in place/sip in place) i continue to prune the cellar of bottles with past due drink by dates. i was introduced to this producer at boca bacchanal a few years ago and have since purchased several of their wines. i have never tasted their roussane or any other producer's roussane before. no formal notes. a nice composite of stone fruit, citrus and green apple. very enjoyable. a nice change up from cali chard. will look for this in more recent vintages.

  August 16, 2020 - Beautiful bright yellow green almost like Sauvignon Blanc-ish. Wonder herb with a little spice but the flavors at onset and through the palate are pear, honey and something herbal....thyme?
