December 3, 2023 - The last bottle of this opened was 5 years ago and this is still a favorite in my cellar. The wine is at its best and I suspect it could have still been cellared for more years. Delicious big fruit with a well balanced long delicious finish.

November 23, 2023 - Super. Almost black and pretty full-bodied. Loads of primary fruit; still tannins on back end. Better than bottle two years ago.

June 17, 2022 - Seemed to be slightly in decline. Blind tasting group thought it was a right bank Bordeaux.

November 26, 2021 - Not the best Pride CF I’ve had but very enjoyable with dinner of grilled sausage. Still mostly primary fruit flavors.

December 28, 2019 - I was worried this was past it’s prime after using the Coravin for a glass. But upon opening, it really came to life over the course of 2 hours. Still balanced fruit and tannins. Very enjoyable.

December 2, 2017 - Tannins have softened to make for a wine that is the at the perfect tie in the cycle to drink. Well balanced, nice note, good fruit. Wonderful

Taste: very smooth with a long finish of black berry, anise, charcoal.

August 1, 2016 - Drinking well. Fresh with assertive fruit (plum, cherry) and smooth tannins. Very enjoyable.

February 20, 2016 - Similar to others here with black cherry, plum, along with earth, mocha, and some herbal notes. Good, not great.
