October 1, 2023 - Over the hill at this point, but still with some peachy albeit oxidized fruit notes and strong caraway/rye bread qualities. Should have drank this last bottle up a couple of years ago I guess ...

April 24, 2022 - The nose indicates graceful aging, wafting peach, dried apricot, candied ginger, honeysuckle, and orange blossom. Medium bodied with round, juicy acid that coats the mouth and finishes with the lightest touch of sweetness. Flavors include orange marmalade, lime custard, white peach, apricot, and red plum. This is either starting to come apart or coming out of a dumb phase and coming together, I can't tell, and unfortunately it's my last bottle. Either way it's very good.

June 2, 2021 - Prior bottle was 10 months ago and this wine continues to hold up well, but perhaps a slight step down as compared to prior bottles. Peach, lemon and mineral notes on the nose. Medium bodied with apple and peach remaining the dominant notes and the backside showing lots of lemon and other citrus qualities, minerals and good acidity. Like my prior bottle, the mid-body continues to open up and the acidity is perhaps a bit more integrated than previously. I would probably drink these over the next 12-18 months as the acidity is as integrated as it will get and I don't see the mid-body fruit gaining additional expressiveness or depth with more time. Overall, the fruit was little less well defined as compared to my prior bottle and the balance was also a small step down from previously. Nevertheless, glad my final bottle was able to show as well as it did; good mix of acidity, tart citrus and more open white orchard notes.

August 4, 2020 - Prior bottle was a bit over 13 months ago and my notes remain consistent. Lemon, peach, floral and mineral notes continue to make up the nose that showed decidedly more aromatics as it warmed. Medium bodied and the flavor profile was also quite similar to my prior bottle: apple and peach being the dominant notes with a backbone of lemon, lime and acidity, finishing with mineral qualities. There's a bit more openness through the middle and slightly more peach notes than there were in my prior bottle, but these are neatly balanced by lemon, general citrus qualities and balanced acidity on the backside. The depth that this wine demonstrates, coupled with the structural and balancing qualities (acidity, tart notes, citrus qualities) lead to a wine that's drinking at a high level today, one it should be able to maintain for another few years. Final bottle for me will be Summer 2021.

July 15, 2020 - Drank with friends, no formal notes. Hitting a gorgeous stage right now having developed nutty notes and great acid integration.
