November 9, 2019 - A hint of petrol noticed at first. Nice apple/lemon taste with strong acidity. Off dry, the sweetness is only present, does not stand out.
Went well with butternut bisque. Very nice.

July 6, 2019 - With baked ham and sweet potatoes.
Clear yellow - reminiscent of honey.
    Citrus nose.
Crisp palate with just a slight touch (almost an undertone) of sweetness.
However this wine did not work at all with the food. Mea culpa!
On its own a pleasant wine for drinking now.

January 14, 2019 - Ripe apple, orchard fruit, lemonade, honeysuckle, and petrol notes on a crisp, dry, sea breezy palate. Admittedly there is not much depth or complexity here, and one could argue it was touch hollow, but it was a perfect match with Sichuan fare.

December 11, 2018 - Bruised apples and petrol but not other the top, layers of sweet herbs, sesame seed with a mineral backboane and great acids on this dry Riesling.
