May 16, 2021 - On first opening I got sweet Strawberry flavors but once it settle down after an hour both the nose and the palate both dramatically improved. There was lots going on with this wine. A decent wine that turned great with air and time with strawberry taking the lead but it had watermelon, cherry, and citrus notes. I only had one bottle of this unique Sparkling Rose that I bought at auction. Based on this experience, I will look for more.

May 16, 2019 - Plum Market Spring Wine Extravaganza (Chicago, IL): Sweet, with some gummy candy-like flavours going on here. Reminds me a bit of Pop Rocks. Really expensive ones.
