Community Tasting Notes 17

July 5, 2020 - A year or so since my last bottle. Still showing nicely and pretty consistent. Light yellow, round, and starting to show some nutty and tropical notes, but still balanced by nice acidity. At peak, and probably heading towards the backside of its prime drinking window.

June 22, 2019 - Citrus curd and nuts. A bit fat on the palate, lacking acidity, clipped finish. A couple tasters thought this was advanced but I think it is just over the hill.

February 11, 2019 - See prior notes. Maybe a bit younger than the last bottle, but still consistent. Very good.

December 19, 2018 - Second bottle in a week; basically aligned with my experience from 12/9. Glad to see signs of consistency in these. Very good and ready to roll.

December 9, 2018 - On the heels of ‘02 Tessons from last night. Stylistically similar, though showing a bit younger. Still fully resolved, but still showing some fruit with its secondary development, instead of secondary and tertiary notes. Sweet and round, with notes of lemon cream with a bike spike of acidity that integrates with time in the glass. Very good.
