November 30, 2014 - much better than last bottle. Full throttle Zin but more integrated and less hot than last bottle. Berms to be coming together.

July 10, 2013 - Pretty good bottle of Zin. Rich and chewy in texture but did not last on palate for very long. Probably past it's prime for sure...

August 4, 2011 - Still really high alcohol and "hotness". It took a while to mellow out and actually get some balance with fruit and sweetness...

March 15, 2010 - A monster by any means, high alcohol with rich Zin fruit, some raisining sweetness and residual oak. I happen to like this style, reminding me of some of Ridge. Viscous along the glass.

January 10, 2010 - Not my style at all. Hot, disjointed, acidic mess. There was hints of fruit behind the issues but it couldn't penetrate the heat and acidity.

January 3, 2010 - Over-the-top, high alcohol and rich, ripe fruit. One-dimensional but very tasty.

September 8, 2009 - This baby has hit its peak and significantly better than my bottle 6 months ago. What a delightful bottle of fruity, spicy, sexy zin. Nothing subtle about this racy lady. She is right in your face. Everything I love about this grape. The only sad part here is that this is my last bottle of this sinner!

January 15, 2009 - Could not get past the heat on the nose and on the palate, some nice zin flavors hiding behind the prison cell of alcohol.

May 18, 2008 - Liked this even better than the last bottle. Still really good. Fantastic fruity nose, long finsih. Lots of raspberry, blackberry. Slightly sweet fleavor emerged after the bottle was open for about a half-hour. Definately not your run of the mill Zin.
