January 2, 2021 - - Garnet color - New years day 2021....fuck covid, buried 2020 this morning and pissed on its grave. A very nice Barolo magnum. Opened 2 hours before drinking and nursed it along for 4 hours. A very nice classic barolo.

July 6, 2019 - Not bad, bit disappointing given up the vintage. We bought this, and stored it properly, at the PLCB store. They weren’t known for good storage back then, so perhaps that contributed. Dark, with very little brick. Nose was much better than thevpalate. Opened with a 1985 Mascarello, this didn’t hold a candle.

March 10, 2019 - Opened last 3 magnums at Pudge's with Italian Sunday gnocchi dinner. Took it thru antipasto course, pasta, meatballs, pork, chicken cutlets onto Cubans and chocolate.
Wine was soft and enjoyable. Deep, rich and mature but certainly on the decline. -
Al-Vino Does not like this wine:
February 7, 2019 - Not worth rating because it had gone south and was undrinkable despite being coddled from birth in a temperature controlled environment.
