October 19, 2018 - Perfectly mature just now. Great balance and a bit more sweetness than expected. Great stuff at a great price!

April 1, 2018 - {Bought on release, perfect fill, PopNPour} Delicious, marzipan and almonds and citrus and some caramel flavors. Wonderful. For my palate fully mature and will last another 3-5 years at this level. (Usually find the Quarts de Chaume ages longer).

November 24, 2016 - Opened to serve with TG deserts, but no takers - go figure. Fatty texture, orange peel, plenty of acid, sweetness muted/integrated. Quite fine. Needs a bit of air to come to life. Subtle and refined. I feel the fruit may be tiring, but need to try the remainder tomorrw to form a firm opinion.

May 14, 2016 - Dark yellow. Honeyed nose. Semi sweet with boytris notes. Great texture. Good minerality long finish. At an amazing place but has decades ahead of it Quite remarkable

October 21, 2013 - Lilting citrus nose with tones of pears and carmelized apples. On the palate, rich and full with pineapple, peach, lemon curd, and pear. Finishes with piercing acidity to balance the sweetness. Followed through the night and this paired very well with every type of food. Not quite as powerful as the last bottle but still very enjoyable.
