December 23, 2023 - Pop and pour. Aromas of potpourri, raspberry Grenache, cherry, game and hint of smoke. Flavors of raspberry, sour cherry, boysenberry, chocolate and hint of prune. Ends with a 30+ second finish with sour cherry and rhubarb notes. Needs some time to open so May update if it changes.

August 20, 2023 - 2 bottles with identical profile decanted (aerated) together for 90 minutes.
Dark ripe berries, smooth dusty tannins and dry pepper spice. Marked minerality, green pepper finish. Still all somewhat tightly coiled. Drank well but suspect much more to offer in due course.

June 24, 2023 - Very young indeed - and maybe in a bit of an akward middle stage. Plentiful sweet Grenache, some rustic tannin, darker expression than normal, rich, intense. Wait.

November 25, 2022 - Delicious experience from nose to finish….
Nose is raspberry chocolate with hint of herbs Provence….
Taste is sweet cherry, garrigue, blackberry, with smooth but still present
Tannic minerality structure to make for a wonderful drinking experience..
A bit on the darker side of CDP but totally delicious……
93….now but upside looms…
