March 5, 2024 - Tasted after a night on vacuvin. Classic clear Nebbiolo red and medium weight. Nice tartness and mild tannin, but limited fruit. Good with food. Enjoyable but not amazing.

March 26, 2023 - Decanted one hour before dinner and consumed over three nights. Similar impressions as with the last bottle I had four months ago, see those detailed notes. The wine seems to be not so much evolving as fading. 88 on night one, 86 on night two and 84 on night three.

Very slight brown/orange along edges of the glass. ~1 hr decant. Cellared for 5 years in a cedar box.
Barn, damp wood, wet leaves, asparagus, bittersweet cocoa.
