August 17, 2017 - Purple color with a bouquet and flavor of pure black fruit with no herbal notes and no oak in evidence. Still youthful and with good potential for becoming a very good wine. Tasted at the winery's tasting room on the outskirts of Walla Walla at the end of a memorable family tour of the Washington wine region. The tasting was also memorable, because of the very good wines and very lively banter.
