Community Tasting Notes 2

November 22, 2017 - Decanted; no sediment. Tasted right away. Dull purple ruby that fades to ruby rim. Nose went from deep red and blue fruits with baking spice and woodsy elements in an Alban sort of way to an uplifted light feel with bright red fruit and candies fruits with a mint and pastis note. Just evolving incredibly. Mouthfeel has tannin throughout that needs some time, but the fruit lingers as well. Very nice. Is delicate but hold. 95 nose, 92 palate.

November 21, 2017 - Drinking window says starting in 2020, my bad but this is still really good. nice acidity, great flavor, flavor goes on forever, should have waited, I'll try and hold off on my last bottle. I have really enjoyed my Torrin wines.
