Fresh/fruity at first. Tried again after an hour after the wine became smooth an soft.

July 11, 2020 - Light straw yellow in the glass with high viscosity.
Vegetal in the nose. Aroma's of grass (Sauvignon Blanc-style), citrus, grapefruit, passionfruit and accacia.
This wine has seen oak, but this is not noticeable in the nose. Only primary aroma's.
On the palate: fresh start with high acidity. Aroma's of accacia, grapefruit, citrus, pineapple, marzipan, a small smoky hint and a bitter touch. Finish of 9 sec.
This wine reminds me a lot of Chablis.
Drank this wine with some airfried salmon and fennel.
The wine matched very good with the lemon I used for the dressing and the grassy character of the fennel.
