September 25, 2022 - an excellent wine. Had it with ribeye on grill, and it was excellent. Drink with food. Very expensive wine (440Dkr), but so enjoyable to drink.

September 4, 2022 - Clear deep ruby with garnet rim and staining legs; clean pronounced nose of cassis, strawberries, leather, balsamic and mint; dry; high acid; high tannins; high alcohol; medium plus body; pronounced flavour intensity; palate is tarter with addition of cocoa and tar; long finish; drink now or in 5 years; fabulous wine - super concentrated and intense; nose is so beguiling

August 2, 2022 - Dark, intense purple. Wonderful sweet blackcurrant aromas, with just a hint of blackcurrant leaf in there somewhere. Amazingly sweet but balanced on the palate (by sweet I mean ripe) with a significant amount of tannin providing welcome structure. Glorious. Cork. I believe the alcohol is as high as 15% in some vintages, but I don't know what it was in 2014.

April 10, 2021 - Clear deep black cherry with brick rim and staining legs; clean medium plus nose of blueberry jam, cassis, coffee, cigar box and vanilla; dry; high acidity; medium plus tannins; high alcohol; full body; pronounced flavour intensity; palate has fruit payoff with addition of tar, cocoa and black licorice; long finish; drink now or in 5 years; outstanding wine - fruit forward with lovely tertiary notes - doesn’t come across as too hot; delicious!

April 12, 2020 - Crimson-purple; cassis, wild blueberries, black cherries, wet stones, vanilla; ripe black currant/blackberry, minerally, lush, full body, good acidity, good structure, good balance, slightly astringent tannins, lingering finish.
Decanted 2 hrs. Jammy, silky fruit with full flavour and chewy tannins.
