July 18, 2020 - Sweet nose of dried orange peel and clove. Mixed red fruit palate with a good amount of minerals. Great legs, mouth feel, and superb finish. Very elegant.

December 18, 2018 - The nose on this wine reminds me of a holiday potpourri of clove (tons of that), orange peel and dried cherry, with some brown sugar in the mix. Great aromatics. The wine is a bit more elegant and not as much of a bruiser as most Jaffurs syrahs. It is medium-bodied, bright and rich. Unfortunately it was my only bottle, but I'll remember it fondly! (91-92, with time)
