  October 3, 2020 - Robe violette. Décanté 1h30. Très long en bouche, sur des arômes d’anis et de violette et d’herbe. Astringence présente. On perçoit le 14% alcool, ce qui est un peu dérangeant. Manque un peu de rondeur.

Based on a recommendation from producer we had it with teriyaki “beef” (soy) tips and broccoli, fried rice (with soy and butter), and a simple cabbage and carrot salad with ginger dressing...it went ok with the beef itself but again just feel a bit flat in the face of food.   July 13, 2020 - Black cherry, green pepper, vanilla and licorice on nose. Cherry cola, oak and plum pudding on palate.

  June 12, 2020 - Somewhat rustic with notes of blackberry, cinnamon and vanilla, dry chewy tannins and good acidity. Good long finish with Blueberry and oak.
