November 1, 2017 - Napa/Sonoma Trip With Some Exceptional Gems; 11/1/2017-11/5/2017 (1800ft Up Cavedale Road, Glen Ellen, CA): Same bottle as Chablis28. We tasted this at the Chateau earlier in the afternoon. I wasn't that crazy about it at the time, it seemed rather edgy - maybe it had been open awhile or something. But this bottle was fresh, lively and very clean. 90+pts.

November 1, 2017 - Lonny's btl picked up at the winery on our 1st stop of a great wine country trip. This is largely a winery only offered wine. Birght, crisp ultra pure chardonnay BdB with green apple, lemon, mineral and toast. A very pleasing and balanced BdB but not overly complex. Very fun starter tonight from one of my "go to" CA value sparkling producers.
