  May 24, 2018 - From the oenotheque machines at Hedonism in London. This pours almost transparent in the glass and with the small pour from the machine you almost think it could be water. Very mineral. Some coral. More intense than the color would suggest. With time a bit of unripe red fruits. More at the price point I’d expect for a Rose (as opposed to the SQN), but of course not in that league. Still, a decent rose.

  November 14, 2017 - A blend of Garnacha and Tempranillo from the Finca de Legardeta, 13% ABV. Made very much in the style of the pale Grenache rosé from Provence, with its elegant and fresh character on the nose of hay, field flowers, citrus, peach and minerals; on the finely chiselled and fresh palate the Tempranillo also makes itself felt with some cherry fruit and spice, subtle bitters provide light grip; complete finish, good length. Do not be fooled by the fancy bottle: this is impeccably made.
