January 29, 2023 - This bottle was the new disgorgement (I think the current one) with the 2020 end year in it (2013-2020), disgorged July 2022. Just a single gram of dosage, 90% Pinot Meunier from Chambrecy and the rest PN/Chard reserve wine from Laval's Cumieres plots (if have this right). Opened last night, a cool mix of asian 5 spice (which is very reminiscent of the 2013-2019 cuvee we had last weekend). This new disgorgement is also anchored in peach, a little raspberry, mineral and lime. Juicy, citrusy and a clean, fresh finish. Easy to drink. with a great concentration of fruit and acid.

January 22, 2023 - Was served to us blind. Disgorged June 2021, from a perpetual of 2013-2019. Has a distinct asian 5-spice note for an aromatic. Peach and nectarine, with a crushed red berry. Ramon called out anise and that was a dead on descriptor. Delicate in weight with moderate acidity. Delicious.

January 3, 2023 - Beau Champagne en fraicheur et rondeur, se boit tout seul. Bu un verre le lendemain, un peu plus funky et des bulles moins abondantes. 91-92
Fresh, clean gorgeous, drinks like a charm.

November 6, 2022 - If you expect a big and powerful Champagne, this is probably not what you are looking for. But it’s very complex in its own mild and quiet way.
Delicate, clean, a bit inexpressive but very, very elegant and delicious.
It deserves calm surroundings to fully understand and appreciate it.
Somehow challenging but easy going at the same time.

Extremely mild and delicate on the nose. Needs time to open up the aromas - but stille very mild. It’s got a fine scent of mildly perfumed creme or hand lotion, sweet citrussy notes, mild fruity notes of banana, persimmon, pear and unripe peach. Dried chamomile buds, white flowers, a tiny leesy hint, vanilla butter biscuit and oyster shell.
It’s medium-bodied, round and dry with high acidity and pretty aggressive bubbles. Lemon and tangerine (sweet and sour), white tea, pear, mild biscuit and hazelnut notes and a strong saline finish.
Super mild on both the nose and the tongue.
