October 19, 2022 - Apple, pear, orange citrus, great acidity. Delicious with the Atlantic Salmon and swordfish. Not bad with the roast, herbal chicken.

April 27, 2019 - Great balance. Nice butter but not overdone as it is backed up with good acidity. Really enjoyed this Chardonnay.

March 20, 2019 - Fantastic Chardonnay. Better than I remember when we first tasted in St, Helena. We opened it very cold, almost too chilled, and at first it was holding back, but it opened up beautifully. Extremely well balanced, great acidity, wonderful texture, Long, elegant finish. Great all the way through. One of my favorite white wines.

November 15, 2018 - Dinner with Patiné Cellars (Boulder Ridge Country Club): Pale yellow color with notes of butter and coconut- quite tropical in the bouquet. Orchard fruit, acacia and honey flavors. Adds a nice stone fruit as it opens in the glass, and turns just a bit otasty in the finish, which is just a bit shorter than I would like though I expect it will fill out with a bit of time in the cellar. 89+, with upside.

July 22, 2018 - Nose is all butter, oak, wet stone, citrus, some Sauvignon character...
Color light gold... tongue is honeyed sweet pear, stone fruit, stone,
With an unusually long unusual finish...
Unlike most chardonnays I have had...in a place all by itself...
Drink it, try it, decide for yourself...I liked not loved it

July 12, 2018 - A bit of acid on the front, then some smooth oak/butter, vague pear, and tongue coating acid finish.

June 20, 2018 - A bit disappointing compared to the 2016 Rivers-Marie and Bevan Chardonnay's we had the same weekend. Was pleasant with pear and lemon, but not as much depth or finish as the other two.
